As Managing Partner and Principal, Jose leads the customer needs assessment and, as needed, will engage other associates and consulting partners to address the engagement's specific requirements.

Jose has 25+ years of experience in product development, global strategic marketing, and commercialization of orthopedic medical devices, medical technology, and enabling technologies, including software as a service (SaaS)  and software as a medical device (SaMD) products.

In addition to holding 19 US patents, Jose has held various leadership roles at DePuy Synthes (Johnson and Johnson), Zimmer, and Zimmer-Biomet across products including orthopedic implants (foot and ankle, knee arthroplasty), 3D printed patient specific instruments, surgical planning software, patient engagement digital solutions, robotics and digital transformation initiatives.

Jose has a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering degree from Marquette University and a Master's in Biomedical Engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
